What are some best practices for eco-tourism? How can we travel responsibly and sustainably?

Let me get this straight: you pay for gym memberships and apps that simulate forest sounds? Meanwhile, I hike up actual mountains, inhale tree filtered air, and get judged by squirrels for free.
I’m not an influencer. I’m an explorer. I chase places with no names, no Wi-Fi, and definitely no curated photo ops. My itinerary? Wherever the mud goes. My luxury? Silence. My reward? The kind of sky you can’t buy.
Travel doesn’t have to be expensive or performative. Sometimes, it’s just about disappearing into a forest and reappearing with a new respect for moss and mildly aggressive goats.
So, ditch the resort. Go breathe a mountain. And if you hear someone laughing alone at the top, don’t worry that’s just me realizing I beat the algorithm by walking into the wild.
